NOUR Labs supplies materials strictly for laboratory and research use. Please read these terms carefully. This document is a general template and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel.<\/em><\/p>\n

1. Research use only<\/h2>\n

All products sold by NOUR Labs (“NOUR”, “we”, “us”) are intended strictly for laboratory and research purposes<\/strong>. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment or therapeutic use<\/strong>. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and a qualified buyer acquiring these materials for lawful research only.<\/p>\n

2. Buyer responsibility<\/h2>\n

You are solely responsible for handling, storing, labelling and using the products in compliance with all laws, regulations and safety standards applicable in your jurisdiction. You agree not to resell or represent the products for human use.<\/p>\n

3. Orders & payment<\/h2>\n

Each order is reviewed and confirmed by our team. Pricing is shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Payment is arranged when we contact you to confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.<\/p>\n

4. Shipping<\/h2>\n

Products are temperature-sensitive and shipped under cold-chain conditions once your order is confirmed. Delivery times and availability vary by destination. See our Shipping & Returns policy.<\/p>\n

5. No warranties \/ no medical claims<\/h2>\n

We make no representations or warranties regarding any therapeutic, medical or performance effect. Products are provided “as is” for research, accompanied by their batch Certificate of Analysis where available.<\/p>\n

6. Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOUR Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling or use of the products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.<\/p>\n

7. Governing law<\/h2>\n

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NOUR Labs operates. Any dispute shall be resolved there.<\/p>\n
