Our products are lyophilized, sealed and temperature-sensitive. They are shipped under cold-chain conditions (2–8°C) to preserve integrity. Delivery times vary by destination and are confirmed with you.
Upon receipt, store products as indicated on the label/COA (typically refrigerated, away from light). Proper handling is the buyer’s responsibility.
Because the products are temperature-sensitive research materials, we generally cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or compromised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order/lot number and we will make it right.
